How do I get even with someone who...?

There's this person I hate alot, and they have made my year a living hell. The last day of school is coming up and I really want to get even with them. They spread rumors about me and made my other friends turn against me. This person calls me a friend yet they're mean to me. They also threatened me a few times, but never did anything. Is there a way to get them back really bad? (and dont say revenge is not the answer because thats not answering my question.)How do I get even with someone who...?
I really believe what comes around goes around, so I don't think you should try to get back at him. He sounds like a jerk, but on the other hand he must be a very unhappy person deep down to do all those mean things to you. If possible you should just feel sorry for him, and don't let him see how upsetting this is to you. If he doesn't get a reaction from you he will probably stop, because whats the point if you act as if you don't care.
