CAN I STILL FILE A POLICE REPORT EVEN THOUGH SOMEONE HAS ONE AGAINST ME AND THEY ARE LIEING?

I was stalked,physically verbually abuse and he the person i dated forced himself on me this was this past Oct 08 i did not reported do to fear he threatn me and he go after my family i did take pictures of the incidents and i have a medical report where i caught infection do to him forcing himself inside of me it hurt to pee bleed and my private peeled inside, Now months later he pressed charges against me he put an order of protection against me for a letter he received with no return adress claimin his scared of me playing the victim Ive spend $3,000 in lawyer fees i was mugshot fingerprinted ive been stressed out. My lawyer from what he hs seen knows that ill win this his order of protection will be thrown out i want my name clear. So people reading this can i sue him for what he put me thru especially what i kept hidden? and in the mean time can i file a police report even though i have a record do to his order of protection i want to have something now on file because i dont want to live in fear and i want to leave something documented just incase something happens to me. remember there are always two sides to a story. file a police report and an order of protection. you have pictures and a medical report take them when filling your report. i dont think your getting back at an ex but he sounds like a *****. good luck
